Witam wszystkich forumowiczów!

Jestem tu nowy, a trafiłem do was nie dlatego, że chcę się uczyć/uczę się, czy interesuję językiem/kulturą japońską (no oprócz Dragon Ball, którego wszystkie serie widziałem już dwa razy :D) ale dlatego, że poszukujemy do pracy jednej osoby, która biegle się tym językiem posługuje.

Job description:
The customer support agent will be responsible for direct contact with our customers, providing them with first-rate assistance and solving problems. The employee will be also responsible for answering customers' questions regarding products and services offered by the company.

NOTE: This is an office-based customer support position, providing existing customers with product support. This is NOT a sales or telemarketing role.


Responsibilities and tasks:
• answering customers' questions in Japanese via email, live chat and phone
• offering great support to our customers and learning about the products you’ll be supporting.
• working with technical support department to solve customers' technical problems
• liaising with third parties such as product vendors or software providers

Requirements:
fluent in Japanese (spoken and written)
English-language CV
• highly organized
• high personal standards
• peaceful, friendly demeanour when in contact with customers
• experience of providing customer service an advantage
English and Polish language skills an additional advantage
